I have never used this before and am having trouble signing up, but HitPredictor is an on-line source for new music. They have asked peoples' opinion on "Thank You". See the following:

I signed up but can't figure out where the poll for "Thank You" is. Crying or Very sad

I eventually signed up and had the same problem. I think it should be one of the songs on the front page, but it isn't.

There's an option to "Rate Songs and Artists". You need to listen through the entire song (one song at a time), then rate it. Then there are different clips of the same song and you choose the best clip. You need a looooong block of time to do this and pray "Thank You' comes up!

Ugh. Thanks for the instructions. Well, I see "Thank You" is moving up the list of things that have been recently rated. I don't know when I'll be able to do this. I hope other people can do it. Did you get to rate "Thank You"?

Well, I did it! I had to listen to about 8 songs and also rate a bunch of artists. I'd never heard a single other song beside "Thank You". It asks you where you heard the song before. Ha!

It took me about 30 minutes to get to "Thank You", but I think mattyfan is right that it randomly selects songs to play.

If any of you can spare the time, it would probably help Matt to have a strong hit predictor rating. It is basically free marketing research for the radios and studios, and they do pay attention to it from what I understand.

I did it! It didn't take me that long! There was only 4 or so songs ahead of Matt plus I had to rate a few artists first. Let's see if I can remember...

I was finally able to listen through! "Thank You" was the 4th or 5th song. It's not too bad guys. Try to sign up and rate if you can! It feels good to be able to give it the highest rating!

Jason Castro's "Heart Of Stone" was after Matt's. First time I've heard it. Cute song!

I think I had too much fun commenting on the "garbage" songs they played! lol!

(I had the volume way down while they were playing.)

I did it too. 5 songs and then Thank You. Some heavy rock, some oooh oooh oooh songs . Made some coffee etc while listening. Do it! Smile

Christina, this is a great find, and no I hadn't noticed it!!! I also submitted Matt. If enough of us do and they like him, they'll put him on the "Get Famous" page. The timing is perfect because of his single with Jim Brickman. Can we get more folks to do this? It is easy and will take just a couple of minutes.

These questions are optional but what's Matt's style of music and who does he sound similar to?!

I left the first blank and the second I said unique mix of Gavin DeGraw-The Fray-Jamie Cullum. Just wondering if anyone has a better description in mind.

I think this is a really good sign. Hit Predictor has "Thank You" on its AC chart today for the first time (see http://www.hitpredictor.com/charts/mainac.php). A bunch of songs ranked above "Thank You" on the Mediabase chart are missing on HitPredictors list, and there are only 16 songs on this chart! Here's the description of this chart:
