Hello From Nevada

Hello all. I am new to this board and hope Santa was nice to you on Christmas. Let me start with wishing each and everyone of you a very happy and properous New Year.

As for myself I am one of Matt's older fans meaning I am in my 60's. I am an avid watcher of American Idol and have several favorites whose careers I support by buying cds and seeing their shows whenever possible. My 4 girls call me "the Teenager" as I am a total music fanatic and have seen over 100 artists live in concert. I also do re-caps of American Idol when it is on for several different sites.

I first became interested in Matt during the Hollywood rounds and as the show progressed just loved hearing him sing. Some of my favorites moments from him have been when he sang "Georgia", "Let's Get It On" and "Part Time Lover" among others. I find him to be extremely talented and hope he gets a cd out soon. I know I will be buying it for sure.

I hope to be chatting with many of you in the future.

Welcome! We are so happy you joined! Are you going to his January show? If so a bunch of us are going and we would love to meet up with you but seeing as you are from Nevada doesn't seem likely LOL. I am hoping to provide a cellcast for everyone who can't go...that is if I can find someone to broadcast it. There is a definite cellcast scheduled for New Years Eve performance though!

Hi Jenna. Thanks for the welcome. Sadly because I live so far away I will not be able to attend the concert. Sure hope all of you have a great time. I can not wait to get some of Matt's music.
