What do you think of changing the domain name? Suggestions?

I am able to purchase a domain name of my own choosing and I have been thinking about changing the domain name to something easier to remember. Something like mattgiraudfans.com rather than the whole forumotion thing. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? LOL mine is not so inventive so if anyone can think of something better let me know.

Where has Megan been lately, btw?? Smile

Okay a little off topic but I didn't know where to turn. I figured out how to get siggy to appear. I had it turned off on my preference page - now how do I get a picture in my signature. I've been trying and I just can't figure it out. Usually it will have a browswer and upload button. So I'm not sure. I guess I'm somewhat more computer illerate than I thought. Help! Please!

We can't use that domain name because it is already taken. We could use giraudsquad.net. But I have been waiting to hear from megan because I'm not sure what we are going to do with both sites. We are not able to merge them or transfer all out posts and members here to her site. All we can do is put a link on her site to this one but they would still be two seperate sites. I'd hate to lose all our members and posts. So the last time I spoke to megan everything was still undecided and I don't know where she is or what she wants to do. I guess if I don't hear from her soon I'll purchase the new domain name. And if everyone wants we will use giraudsquad.net. Where are you megan?

Okay this is what I did. Go to a thread and then click on post reply. Once you do that click on the image icon, it's on the top line and is the last icon under the post a reply box. Then click on browse and choose your picture. Then click on host it. The links will show up click the second copy button and then copy and paste it into your signature box. Let me know if this doesn't work or you don't understand my crazy directions? You can let me know what picture you want and I can do it for you.

Just because its our fanbase name.

But mattgriaudfans.com would also work well. (:

I like Mattgiraudfans.com better. I think it might pop up easier on searches.

That has been one of the things I have been considering. I did register our site on google and yahoo and also completed a site map. So I don't know maybe I should make a poll.
