Ok this worries me. This is the second review I have read that had no mention of Matt in it but every other idol was mentioned. WTF?
I think they should call it "The Adam live Tour"!! I'm sick of Adam and his fans....evry time I read a blog saying how great he is I wanna Puke!! (he isn't that good...gives me headache!!)!....I don't care about this..It seems That Matt is getting more fans and many FANS loved his performances..screw the critics!!!!

That's how I feel about the critics too but on the same hand they are just people forming opinions and are people Matt can make fans of. I mean this guy left the show a fan of Adam's.
Matt has so much more to offer musically than Adam or actually any of the other idols. It's just BS that Adam's theatrics puts Matt and actually the other idols as well in the shadows. He is not a musician or IMO has any musical creativity at all. Urgghh I can't wait until this idol shit is over with and Matt can go out on his own and no longer have to compete with the other idol's. I guarentee you Matt's CD will be a million times better than Adam's! Matt's music will be from his heart. Adam's from someone else's heart.

Yes it's so cute But i've noticed that he responds a lot more to the dissapointed fans that the happy ones. At some point (know it's hard when starting up) you have to be able to handle negative comments. Allthough we find it beyond belief that some people do not love Matty - U can't win them all. At some point it will be a matter of survival to be able to shut out negative comments - just sayin'

So it looks like the competition never ended and will not end until the tour is over. Coming in to this, I tried to be open minded to other contestants and just enjoy stress-free Matt, but all these blogs, reviews and articles are just another fan war sites. I couldn't care less what random audience has to say about Matt personally, but Matt seems so sensitive to these opinions. Even the fans of Matt complaining about not getting to meet him throw me off, some get lucky some don't, it's not Matt's fault. Matt probably wants to prove to everyone that he deserved the wildcard and save, so that alone is a pressure. I just hope all reviews and fan wars don't consume him. We know what stress and pressure did to him during the season, I was so sad when he said he's GLAD to be done with the show. It wasn't him giving up or not wanting the win but just the overwhelming pressure and stress part he was talking about I'm sure... I hope the same thing doesn't repeat and this time he keeps his spirit fresh and high until the end of the tour.

Yes the tour is going to Michigan. Both Detroit and Grand Rapids.
I agree with both Lumma and Cecilie. I will be so sad if the excitement leaves his eyes and he is frowning again. I love how excited and happy he is right now. I hated seeing him so sad on the show. He is so sensitive which makes it hard because the profession he chose is a very hard way of life. He does have to learn to let negative comments roll off his back. It seems like he is always trying to please everyone. Well that will never happen. I want so much for Matt to be successful and to be able to continue making music and performing for people for a long time. I honestly don't think he'd be happy doing anything else!
And no the competiton hasn't ended. It will be like this the whole tour. My idol is better than your Idol. My idol gets more attention, love, and appreciation than your idol. It's terrible!

Review from idolforums there's more regarding the other idols but I just brought Matt's over...
I went to the show and let me tell you... it was Amazing! Everyone did a great job but my fav sets were Allison, Kris, Adam, and Matt. Matt really surprised me. I knew he was good... but didnt know he was that good and his piano skills are amazing... he totally blew me away.

Really good article. Thanks. It reminds me of his goodbye package,, I would close my eyes and imagine I was here; that was VFTW folks, although I admit I get a kick out of their photochops and do think they often keep it real, can call the show amateur karaoke singing contest and what not, but the human transformation really is what drive people's involvement and passion for the idols, which reminds me of another Matt quote; ....voting for your favorite person I wanna be that person this time. Hey! I just got to see the new Georgia video from Tacoma and he did even better if that is possible! He is sooo freakin talented!
I am so happy reading all the comments on you tube where everybody thinks he should be signed like now.. A lot of people saying he will make a record label lots of money. I couldn't agree more!
Guys! I think it's coming! He will get signed after the tour! I have no doubt. Look at all the positive buzz he is generating. Great, great.
He fixed his HAT last night! He looked so handsome. I LOVE him...
He is such a sweetheart to his fans too. I say Matt relax and keep doing what you are doing. You will get far.

OMG I just got to watch the video Flicker posted because work interferred with my Matt time tonight. LOL Matt is definitely ADHD. The boy couldn't sit still. So much energy! I just love his personality. I bet you he is a blast to be around. He was definitely born to entertain. I actually liked Danny as well. I think anyone with Matt becomes more likeable.
