What really amazed me were his vocal gymnastics…they were ’spot on’…..and his falsetto was dazzling. I would willingly and happily sit through a solo tour performance from Matt. His short set (along with another spot later in the show) was one of the real high points of the entire evening.

……second highlight of the evening….the dueling pianos…Scott and Matt…AI really ‘blew it’ by not featuring this in the Finale…..these guys are spectacular…great skills, great chemistry, great vocals, high, high energy…..totally entertaining.

Thanks for posting this Cranberry! Matt really made a fan out of this person! I love it when people are still talking about AI blowing it in the finale for not having Matt & Scott do their thing. I know I'm still ticked off about it and it's good to know other people haven't forgotten either.

There's not too many videos from Madison yet, but I did find two versions of "Don't Stop Believin'". Unfortunately, the videos are shot from the end opposite of where Matt was.
