I wonder too but I have to say I'm really hoping it is not touring together. Sorry Anoop fans it is nothing personal but IMO Matt should try and open for an established artist. I mean Matt and Anoop will draw from the same fan pool. So if they are touring together he really won't gain new fans. I'm also praying he is not going on Idol to sing some duet with him. Please AI god's let him be going on Idol because he is singing one of his original songs!

Matt did hint about doing something with Anoop, but it didn't seem like a BIG thing. I don't think it's a tour (fingers crossed!!). Yes, Matt deserves to tour with a HUGE name artist. I'm praying for Gavin DeGraw or The Fray or Michael Buble or someone else really famous, established and cool.

And yes, Matt needs to sing one of his awesome original songs on Idol, on one of the later weeks like Top 5 or less!

I have a theory about the March 2 TV appearance in Rochester. I think they are appearing together in Rochester next week at a private charity event, and the TV station is interviewing them opportunistically or to promote the event. if it were a public event, they would have announced it a long time ago. If they were making an announcement of a concert or tour, I think Anoop's PR firm would do it in a more public way. I can't think of any other reason why they'd be in Rochester, NY together.


The good news is that it is just around the corner Tuesday, so we won't have to wait long to find out what is really happening!

hahaha -- probably everyone has seen this by now, but the BIG MANOOP NEWS is apparently an Oreo Cakester jingle competition. The reason for the Rochester, NY interview is that Rochester is apparently close to Nabisco headquarters. This is making me laugh so hard. Their jingles are pretty bad, but so cute.
