Get creative!

I already posted this in a thread on Matt's AI forum, but I'll put it here too.

I just went on itunes & wrote a review on Gavin DeGraw's album saying that I didn't know much about him til I heard Matt talk about him, & since I took a listen, I am now a fan.

Let's start doing more stuff like this so that we can get his name out there even more. Let's create a buzz so that more people will see how popular he is and will wanna work with him. Maybe he'll consider doing a duet w/ him on the finale. There's power in numbers!

Let's just try & get at least ten matt fans to mention something about him on either of these places.

I think just exposing him to new people outside of AI would go a long way to growing his fanbase. The only way any of these Idols will have a long lasting career is if gain new fans outside of AI. Tonight I was talking to a friend who doesn't watch AI anymore and was telling her all about Matt. I explained to her that he is a self taught pianist and that he plays completely by ear. I also told her how amazing his soulful bluesy vocals are. So I had come to this site and had her listen to his performance of So Small on Regis and Kelly. She loved him and thought he was completely amazing. She couldn't believe that he taught himself to play the piano and that he has only been playing for about 5 years. She was completely blown away. She said if she would have watched this season she would have definetly followed him and this was coming from a person who never watched AI this season and had no clue who Matt Giraud is. I will be helping this friend with creating a website and I plan on exposing her to even more of Matt!

Everyone that has an ITunes needs to go on and give reviews and ratings to all of Matt's songs. They will be going off soon, so if you haven't downloaded them yet, try to.
He needs more ratings and reviews. This will help him a lot. So go and spread the love!
