Wow...again, such a GREAT role model (hence the beginning).

It's crazy, because of course I love his music and his singing voice blows me away (speaking of...I cannot WAIT to hear him sing the National Anthem that is going to be INCREDIBLE, I just know it!), but the fact that he is such a great PERSON is really what has made me so devoted. I feel like its a great thing supporting someone like him...who appreciates everything in life (even the little things, like history and being a tourist). I want so much for him to succeed.

I agree, Cacity! I can't support an artist for his mere talent....the person himself counts! A good heart, intelligence, values all have to jive!

Ummm what is Soap Stars Live? This is scary to me! Please no Soaps! The rest of the interview was great. He is so humble and grateful...love that about him!

Hmm. I don't recognize any of those "soap stars" besides E.J. DiMera from Days (don't judge me, okay? I honestly haven't watched it for months!).

But the event I'm more curious about is this Napa Valley yet-to-be-named thing that Matt mentioned. Apparently Kris is doing something in Napa Valley as well? This is just something a read in a comments section of MJ's (yeah, I know, horrible place), so I don't know anything concrete. But Matt did say Napa Valley in a recent interview. Is it an Idols-related thing? Could it be, horror of horrors, that Matt might be performing with Kris? Well, now my head is spinning again. Does anyone know anything about this? I know there's not much info to go off of, but if anyone happens to hear anything, please divulge!

I know that Kris said in a recent interview that it is very likely that he will do something with one of the top 10 whose style is similar to his. I didn't immediately think Matt (I thought scott for some insane reason because Kris goes on to explain his style as soft rock) But we all know how close Matt and Kris is, maybe it's not that far off to expect something from those two? (as much as some don't really like kris, dueting with him can be a huge benefit to Matt). I'll go look for the direct quote...

ANyways why he didn't mention his plans to sign with a label and record in this interview. I mean, he mentioned that the same day on the other two interviews. And in this one he just mentions the soap gig, the online hosting and the Napa Valley?

Gosh.. Once again I am worry mode. I really hope guys something comes up with a label soon enough. I want to watch Matt pull a Castro!

Okay, assuming that a Kratt duet actually came to fruition, does anyone besides me think that it would be incredibly ironic? I mean, going back to White Chocolate, when Matt kind of shone in that group, with Kris being an afterthought, yet getting highlighted inadvertanty? It would seem really strange for Kris to be doing Matt a "solid" by throwing him a duet bone. I get rationally that this could be good exposure for Matt, but selfishly I want them to stay far away from each other. Their vibes are just too similar, which might make it odd. Mostly, I still harbor bitterness about Kris, but really I just want Matt to succeed separate from Idol from now on. I don't think he needs Idol or anything Idol-related to do well in the industry. They are simply a really awesome platform from which to launch oneself, not the only path of success for those who have genuine talent such as you-know-who. I know, I know, I'm probably going off on a tangent for nothing, because it probably won't even happen, but it's just my knee-jerk reaction to the idea of it. Stopping now!

if that is the case, then I hope he is feeling better because he is sick, and so is the rest of the idols. By the way, I would Love a Kris duet..remember White Chocolate? yeah that was awesome. Think of the full song...I really think Kris was talking about Matt because they do have similiar music appeal.

Loved how he talked about Trey and the mentoring program at beginning of video. We met Trey and hung with him in the After Party - sweet hyper kid and so psyched about Matt!

I agree Cacity - I think that's why I love Matt so much - he is so amazing not only as a singer/performer but as a person who has feelings just like us - loving history, etc. being in awe of meeting superstars......he's just so nice and sweet. I love how great he is to his fans. I was thinking the other day, thank goodness I'm not an Anoop or Adam fan or i would be so disappointed at these concerts.

Matt I think has been the kindest and most generous to all of his fans on this tour - hands down! Right Megann? He even came out to see you even though he was sick.

Great tweets last night - I sure hope the idols are resting and taking care of themselves today on their day off!
