Josh Hoge is a songwriter/producer who has worked with NeYo and Ryan Tedder. What's interesting is that he tweeted Matt a long time ago about liking his (Matt's) style and wanting to write with him.

I love how so many musicians, writers, and producers are truly impressed with Matt and his amazing talent.
