I'm very intrigued too! It really looks like it is going to be an interesting video! I agree, so glad we don't have long to wait! I am so glad we have something to look forward to again!

I didn't hear anything about Matt and Lindsey performing together today

It appears that Lindsey stayed home today, but I suspected she was what he meant by having a friend join him. Maybe he meant Danny (and Felicia)? In a way, it is best it was just him. He needs to do his own thing.

I also thought she was the special guest...wonder what happened? Oh well sounds like it was an amazing performance so all worked out!

LOL the first day I heard it I must have listened to it a hundred times! I love it! It kind of reminds me of "Broken" by Amy Lee and Seether! Its kind of dark and haunting so I find it very interesting and can't wait to see Matt in the video!

Oh wow I just saw the video! It is absolutely perfect! Sometimes it's been tough being a fan of Matt's but it's work like this video/song that makes it all worth it! I am so proud to be Matt's fan. He truly is a gifted musician. What does everyone else think?

Here's something exciting. The "My Love Screams" video has almost 9000 views on youtube as of this morning, after just 36 or so hours. It is way up from last night, when it had around 1000 views. By comparison, the most-watched River City video from Matt has just over 3000 views after a year. This video seems to be a way for more people to see Matt and listen to his voice. I hope this means it is catching on!

I just looked and I'm seeing over 39,000 can this be right? If so then WOW how exciting!

Yes, it is over 39,000 views after less than 2 days, and this surpasses every single video of Matt since his AI studio recordings and his Ellen appearance! Something very exciting is happening. If he gets over 230,000 views, it will be a record on youtube for him. Let's get there this week!!!

What I have to wonder is who is watching this video??? This has to be more than Matt's waning AI fan base, and I can't imagine that Lindsey has a large number of fans yet. I hope this means that it has hit the teen crowd.

I dont know now it has over 50,000. Could something be wrong with youtube? I know its a great video but how are people finding out about it? I hope its right!

I'm pretty sure it's right. I can't explain it either. I looked for it on Google to get a sense of where it was posted. It appears on a bunch of blogs -- maybe one is heavily accessed?

Haha, Jenna. There's nothing wrong with being a "dork". That's how I make my living.

And speaking of being a dork, here's some theories about who is watching the video. First of all, there are a bunch of blogs that have a link to this video. I even noticed one associated with Twilight. Second, I noticed a bunch of AI fans who are not necessarily Matt fans that are sending around links to the video, particularly fans of Adam, Kris and Danny from Matt's season. AI fans could largely account for the views if they are not just Matt fans. I don't know why, but I've also noticed a lot of posts of Matt's video from people in foreign countries, specifically in Europe and Asia. A foreign audience would explain the explosion overnight and this morning of views to the video.

I really hope this keeps up. The views have slowed this afternoon, but are still steady. Maybe we'll have another overnight bump tonight.
