This interview really touched me. Matt is so mature, talented, and introspective despite his age and experience. He seriously has to be one of the most real and sweetest guys ever!

Thanks so much for posting this interview...I really loved it too! You have a distinct advantage to be from Matt's home town...you probably hear about alot more things than the rest of us (like this interview).

I appreciate you sharing it, as it just served to confirm even more deeply why we love Matt and what we appreciate so much about him.

I'm not from his hometown I'm just a little obsessed (LOL) so I google him daily but someone else actually posted this article on AI boards. I brought it over because it's my favorite interview. I'm actually from Ohio and live 4 hours away from him but I did go to his homecoming and it was amazing! I will bring over more articles and news as soon as I find them but feel free to post any old articles or news that you liked so we can have record of them here. As you can see it's still kind of bare over here. I will add more pictures and video daily...it's a work in progress.

Oh, I just assumed you were from Kalamazoo b/c you were at the homecoming! Wow, a 4-hour drive! That's very cool. I think I would've tried to do that too if I were even that close too! I'm more like a 4-hour plane ride away...sooooo, I had to watch it on the internet.

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks again for putting this forum up. I know that it's a little bare at the moment, but these things take time. Hopefully most of the regular posters on the AI forum will move over here eventually. But I think for now your thread that mentions this place may have been poofed by the mods over there. So just keep trying! I like the look of this place!

That is one of my faves too. He's just so humbling and amazing. I know he's going to go far.

Pretty cool you went to the homecoming. I felt like I was there watching the live feed and all, but still, to feel the welcome and warmth, I bet it was amazing. He truly seemed touched by it all.

I wasn't at the homecoming but I did hear that 6,000 people were there and I did see a lot of news coverage on the local news!

I was there and towards the front. I couldn't see anything but people and more people so the 6000 estimate wouldn't surprise me. It was an amazing day. One that I will never forget!

It sounds like or music on our ipods are pretty much the same!
