Tour Book Info

We are making a tour book for Matt. You ask what is a tour book - its essentially a book of reviews and photos from his American Idol tour (yes, only the good ones! - and that was the majority of them). The plan is to include both professional reviews and fan reviews, including those you guys posted on this site. We'll probably include a section of "new converts" as well - since there are so many of them.

I know many of you have met Matt at some point and have great photos with him. I would love to be able to include those. In addition, I know many of you have wonderful photos of Matt performing and I would love those as well. I can just surf the net and get many pics but I think it would be much more personal if we could include the ones of our members with Matt.

If you're interested in having your pics included, please PM me. You could submit a photo with your name/board name/twitter name/ or anonymously. I would love it if you guys could send me high quality photos from your camera rather than the compressed ones that you use to post on the internet but if that's all you have, that's great as well. Please include the show they're from and if there is a brief story that goes along with the photo.

My original plan was to include messages from us again. I hope to still be able to do that. My only concern is that the book maximum on pages is 50 and with 50 shows, we may be tight. Since I don't want to have you write a letter and not be able to use it, I will let everyone know if we will be doing letters once I lay out the pages of reviews and photos.

The book will be similar to the photobook from the AI season. If any of you haven't seen it and want to, let me know and I will pm you the link. I will probably use the bigger version of the template for the tour book.

If any one else has any other ideas of suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Lastly, some of you have already done this, but if there is anyone else interested in contributing to the book, PM me as well.
