So does this mean that Matt gets his 3 solo songs, Scott gets his 3, and they duel on "You Can't Hurry Love"? Or does YCHL count as one of Scott's solos (because I know that he performed it on Motown week) ? Scott might have 1 solo less than Matt, since he finished in 8th place. Only one week before we find out what everyone's singing!

Of course, I'm still upset that TPTB cut the duel from the season finale. It would have meant more than 28 million people in the US (and millions in other countries) could have seen Matt's piano skills. Even though Matt and Scott are going to do a piano duel on the tour, I estimate that only about 1 million people total will attend the concerts. The people who go to the tour are more hard-core Idol fans. It would have meant greater exposure to general music fans had Matt and Scott done their piano duel during the over-hyped AI finale. I'm still happy for Matt and Scott, but it's too little, too late if you ask me!

By the way, I was reading the readers' comments on that site, and there seem to be a lot of Scott-haters out there! Hah, I love how people were complaining that wearing a hat is supposed to be MATT'S TRADEMARK! LOL I think Scott has a future as a composer, since I think he has a master's degree in music, right?

Matt said he's having three solos.. So let's hope he is doing a new song.

Anyways, I am tired of the Scott pairing with Matt, they are so different in styles! Just saying.

OMG..i can't believe that Scott was wearing a fedora! He is so trying to be like our Matty! Especially because I can't remember ONE time where he wore a hat on the Show did he??? He looks so non descript wearing it and ONLY MATT can wear the fedora and look SEXY and soooo HOT!!! give it up Scott!!


P.S. I'm also sooo totally excited that besides Matt's 3 solo songs we will get to see him AGAIN singing and playing the piano even if he has to be with Scott..he will still out sing Scott so much! God I love him!!!

They may have different styles but I actually think playing next to Scott highlights how much better a singer and pianist Matt is.
