I wonder why he wants to walk by himself and listen to One Republic. What is the name of the song he is referring to by the way? Anyone knows?

I hope he will get some good news regarding a record deal soon. Maybe he wants to think about his future after the tour is over.

I don't think he really meant he was literally wanting to take a walk and sing this song..I think and bet he was giving us ANOTHER CLUE!!! I BET HE IS GOING TO SING "ALL I NEED" BY ONE REPUBLIC..this is the "New Song" he kept talking about!!! OMG!! I love this song...Matt will Kill this song!! I'm so excited I can't stand it..I don't know how I'm going to make it until Aug 23rd!!!! I'm lovinnnnnnn me some MattyG!!!!!

I'm not so sure it was supposed to be a clue, the boy just loves to talk about music. lol I LOVE that he listens to Empire of The Sun though. That update definitely made me smile.

And I would totally believe that he puts headphones on and takes walks by himself. I think it's adorable.

I totally believe he walked by himself too. He is so cute. I think he likes to spend time by himself from time to time. I am like that too.
I won;t be mad if he sings One Republic though. That would rock.

I would love to see Matt sing something from One Republic! I think he would do fantastic with Apologize but I know it's kind of been overdone by others. Say (All I Need) would be a great song for him to do for tour!

I don't blame him for wanting to get away for a walk or quiet time. Sounds like things have been busy for him down in LA. Once they get on the tour there won't be much down time.

I just have to keep the faith that he will be so fantastic on tour that he will get totally noticed and signed soon!! I keep talking about the Tour and him with friends but everyone (even idol maniacs) seem to be getting into summer mode.

I really wonder what the 3rd song he chose is?
He once mentioned he asked the choreographer for the dance moves to his song, so I thought either Part time lover or Staying alive. But again he said he'll be singing 1 song he didn't do on the show and already revealed 2 non danceable songs he did on the show.
So it can't be either of those, I guess?

I think the 3rd song will be fast. Remember he tweeted awhile back and asked fans what is a good song to get the crowd moving. I think it will be an upbeat song.

True...and "All I Need" is not a song to get the crowd moving....it's a beautiful song, but not a dance song.

I wish Matt would have chose to do Part TIme Lover instead of You Found Me. I loooovvveeee Matt singing "You Found Me"...but Matt's moves, voice and vibe in Part Time Lover was "Incredible on Every Level!" "Standing O!"

*sigh* In my wildest dreams, Matt would perform "Little L" by Jamiroquai. But I know it'll never actually happen. Oh well, I still have my imagination....

If he is going for an uptempo then this is not likely - but I just LOOOVE his rendition on Ordinary peopleby John Legend. He litterally made me tear up singing that song!!
