4 miles for today!

After a small hiatus, I did my 3.3 miles today. BTW, I put the new Black Eyed Peas CD on my iPod, and it's SOOO good for running. Every song has so much energy. It's a good jolt to start your day! It's called The E.N.D.. Look into it.

3.5 miles for 7/8/09

I'm not sure if it's necessary to post my miles here if I'm also doing it on Twitter, but I'll do it here until I am told otherwise.
2.62 miles yesterday and a 5K today. Go Matt, I mean, go me!

Did a 5K today (3,13 miles...?) also posted on twitter.
I tell you - should def get credit for more miles since I was singing along to the portland set during my run and halfway sobbing to georgia and YFM "lyyiing on the floooor" - that was exhausting! lol

I don't know what it is - but he just brings me so much energy - And now i have also made his "first impression" into an mp3 (aww my guilty pleasure lol) and this song really kicks my butt and sends me skyhigh. YAY Matty, matty, matty - hubby will admit to the hospital SOO soon

To rip from youtube I use a tool from this web site http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/ and use the tool "Free YouTube to MP3 Converter "
It is real easy to use - you just download the software and when its done, you just put in the link that you want to rip from. And then you choose an output folder for the mp3 file.

Hopefully I get to run tomorrow :-) I am having a slight knee problem though - so I just might take it easy - well I'll see.

So excited! We are at 297.3 miles! I'm hoping someone comes through with 2.5 miles tonight to put us at 300 on this historic night of the Staples concert and his 40,000 followers!

Cecilie is in France right now so she probably won't be able to answer this for a while. I think she said she would be gone for about a week. I'd PM her about this question so she will see it when she gets back or maybe someone else could answer this?

Sorry I haven't posted here in so long but I am so proud of all the ladies running/biking/walking to go the distance for Matt Giraud!

We are now at 810.1 miles! Amazing! I hope he is signed by our 1000th mi!

Sorry - didn't realize that I had a question pending here. In case that you haven't managed yet:
When you've downloaded the musicfile to your computer, you open up Itunes and click on the first dropdown menu (forget the name) on the top to the left. Scroll down and click on Import file (I think) and you find the place on yr computer where you saved the mp3 - and then it is imported to itunes - and then just put copy it to your ipod.
